28. Original Packing Each laptop shall be delivered in original pack in a single box and end user will open the box first time at delivery point. Supplier will not install any software locally, only DVD and paper license need to be supplied with original box. Original Box will not be compromised.
29. After Sales Services The supplier should have offices or service agents (distributors/dealers/resellers, if any) preferably in each administrative division of Bangladesh having capability and resources to meet warranty claims and after sales services at district levels. List of such offices and/or service agents with
address and contact number should be submitted.
30. Warranty Claims The supplier or its service provider / agents should meet the warranty claims at district level within 07 (seven) working days of notice. In case of warranty claims not resolved within 7
working days, the service provider should provide backup equipment of same quality to the end user for such time until the warranty obligations are fully met.
